Fitness success isn’t something that happens overnight. How do you get in better shape? I’ll let you in on a little secret that could change the way you look at fitness for good. You need to do one thing, above all else: be CONSISTENT.
You can go hard every time, train intensely, eat healthy here and there…but if you aren’t consistent with your training and health choices, you are going to fail.
Now, we all go through periods where we fall off track, aren’t as motivated etc.. But it is consistency and discipline to remain persistent that will empower us onward and keep us achieving.
You won’t wake up motivated and excited every day. But you CAN choose to be consistent. And that is what will enable you to see success, growth and change.
However you enjoy exercise, however you find balance in your diet — do it! Just be consistent.
Don’t be sporadic. It’s a waste of your time and will only leave you unsatisfied.
