I’m so passionate about seeing other women and men succeed at reaching their fitness goals. Whether you’re just getting started or you’re well-versed in fitness—I want you to WIN for YOU, not me.
I’m a retired D1 athlete and a NASM certified personal trainer whose experience in physical training is extensive and I know just how to set and reach any type of goal.
I value genuine relationships which means I want to be a coach that CARES and knows her clients—being there for you along the entire growth process.
I value food freedom. And while I’m not a nutritionist, I know the importance of balance and can provide tips on how to fit all foods into your life.
I’m all in on this. I’ve recently shifted my career to be entirely Knight Fit focused and helping you succeed is now the upmost importance to me.
You’re not just a number to me. Each person I train takes an important front seat with me and I will tailor your training to your needs.
I take pride in ALWAYS learning. I spend time every day learning more about health and fitness so that I can help YOU stay up-to-date, too. I won’t get stuck in patterns. I’m always willing to glean new insights.
