  • Increases your hormone control (including sexual). Cardio is great for leveling your hormones and has been shown to increase libido.
  • Is great for your MOOD and mind. It is highly linked to decreases in the symptoms of depression, anxiety and other mental health issues while also making you just feel better.
  • Improves overall sleep quality.
  • Gives your body more energy! Nothing makes you feel worse than a sedentary lifestyle. Those who move more have more fervor for life.
  • Boosts immunity. The more you move, the better your body’s defense systems.
