Embrace what makes your body different

I had this thought this morning: every body is so different. No matter how you train or if you don’t at all.

Some women have tiny waists, some men have huge arms, some women have six packs, some men have huge traps, some women have strong legs, some men are built to run, some women have tiny calves, some men are naturally very slender, some women have long legs, some men are tall, some women have stunning curves and hips, some men have bigger calves, some women have small boobs, some men are more petite, some women are athletically built.

No matter how you spin it, every body is different. And no training style or copycat approach will make you exactly like someone else.

The one thing we all have in common?

We all have our own advantages. And that’s the beauty in the difference. Each of the above characteristics comes with its own strengths. And that’s something to marvel at, not turn away from.

Odds are the traits you have are the envy of another. So learn to love what YOU have instead of focusing on what others have.

If every body was the same, nobody would be unique.

Working on loving yourself and the ONE body your given is a mission we should all be one. We are each a GIFT, uniquely and perfectly crafted by God.
