Why you need to train SMARTER not HARDER

Training smarter is the secret to long-term fitness success. Here’s why:

Rest is vital for recovery. Overdoing it will just prolong gains. If you aren’t providing your body the proper time to recover between sessions you will only lose progress; rest days are growth days.

Proper muscular or fitness gains require proper training–doing more for the sake of doing more isn’t the recipe for success. Often times the plan will require more strategic and intentional moves–not just doing a ton of things. You need to train as guided and with purpose.

If you go all out constantly, you’ll burn out. I promise.

Every fitness plan will have harder and easier days–that’s what leads to growth. Hard days hard, easy days easy.

A fitness plan needs to be sustainable. Life throws curveballs, all the time. If you current routine isn’t something you can maintain through the madness it isn’t going to last.

Exercise should rejuvenate you, not deplete you. You should feel energized for the rest of the day!

If you’re stuck in a cycle of training harder but not smarter–reach out! I’ll guide you to success and help you strike a balance. Less is MORE!
